Mega Moolah Pays Out Over 5.5 Million Dollars
Isle of Man-based online casino software developer Microgaming announced that its Mega Moolah progressive slot paid out a jackpot estimated at over $5.5 million late last week.
Hit by an as yet unknown online gambler at Casino Rewards’ BlackjackBallroom.com site, the $5,556,736 jackpot caps an impressive list of big wins at the loyalty programme in recent weeks.
Although large, this latest jackpot does not eclipse the record of $5.9 million, which was paid out by CryptoLogic's Millionaire's Club progressive following a hit at InterCasino.com last year.
In addition, BodogLife.com announced that one lucky player walked away with a six-figure prize after winning on its Jackpot Pinatas progressive while VIPCasino.com’s Rags To Riches progressive rewarded online player ‘Jemo’ with a $131,250 prize off a $100 stake.
