888’s Rival Deal
In its fourth deal this month, Gibraltar-based online gambling group 888 Holdings has signed a strategic agreement with RivalPowered.com, a leading provider of game-server software and thematically based iSlot virtual titles.
888 stated that it would integrate RivalPowered.com's titles and video introductions into its gaming arena, gaming history and shared wallet and make them available to its customers and those of its white-label partners.
“As 888's gaming arena becomes broader through constant internal development of sophisticated games and integration of external unique content, we seek partners that can add freshness,” said Gabi Campos, Senior Vice-President of Head of Offering for 888.
“iSlots' video clips, atmosphere and characters are perfectly suited to provide a highly interactive fun customer experience for players who access games from 888's casino lobby, poker room, sportsbook portal and bingo website or from 888's white-labelled platforms. 888 remains the best platform in online gaming for third parties to debut or expand.”
Although a relative newcomer to the gaming software business, RivalPowered.com develops graphics and animations as well as easy-to-play themed storylines that 888 stated would be an ideal fit for its global customer base attracted by varied and continually innovating gaming environments.

Other major agreements 888 has signed this month include the launch of a new application programme interface developed in conjunction with software company Gaming Technology Solutions along with a three-year licensing deal with online games developer CryptoLogic and a strategic games supply agreement with gaming content provider Electracade.
