16 More Microgaming Powered Casinos Awarded eCogra Seal
May 6, 2004, Isle of Man – Microgaming (www.microgaming.com) is proud to announce the receipt of eCOGRA (www.ecogra.org) Seals of Approval for a further 16 online casinos powered by Microgaming software – these casinos join 23 Microgaming powered casinos previously awarded the coveted seal of approval. The eCOGRA seals recognize online casinos for their high level of fair, honest and responsible online gaming practises.
eCOGRA CEO Andrew Beveridge reported, “The board of directors of eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) approved the new seal-holders after extensive independent testing and inspections by professional teams from international audit group PricewaterhouseCoopers.” Each of the Microgaming powered casinos that have received eCOGRA Seals of Approval were required to meet eCOGRA’s stringent standards that cover player protection, fair gaming and responsible conduct including technical capabilities and anti-money laundering measures.
