eCOGRA Publish New Seals of Approval
Sixteen more online casinos have proved that they’re up to scratch and have been awarded the eCOGRA seal of approval. The casinos underwent rigorous independent testing from an international audit group to ensure they met the player protection organisation’s strict requirements.
eCOGRA CEO Andrew Beveridge said, 'The current batch of seal-holders is a mix of successful first time candidates and operations which did not initially meet our eGAP requirements and have had to reorganise their systems in order to fully comply. We are now satisfied that all operational and business aspects are in line with our eGAP principles”
eCOGRA is devoted to ensuring that casinos are financially stable with adequate player protection measures, prompt pay out times, fair games and appropriate customer support systems. It is known that several other casinos are currently hoping to qualify.
Beveridge said: 'The latest seal awards bring to thirty-nine the top class casinos that have voluntarily submitted to our genuine self-imposed regulation. More casinos are currently being inspected, and interest in the eCOGRA standards and implementation is growing in the industry from players, casinos and software providers alike'.
