HGN closes the lens for CasinoWebCam
Mel Molnick and HGN (Home Gambling Network) have announced the termination of their relationship with CasinoWebCam (CWC).
HGN, holds the U.S. patent 5,800,268, which may cover the method of remote wagering on live games and events utilizing electronic financial transactions.
‘HGN and Mel Molnick no longer have any relationship with CasinoWebCam,’ said Mel Molnick, President of Home Gambling Network. According to the company, CWC no longer has rights to use the HGN patent nor does it have any rights to sub-license the patent to gaming operators in an effort to enforce the patent.
‘CWC and their licensees as of now may be infringing on our patent and we are considering our legal options,’ adds Molnick. HGN says that only www.DrHo888.com, Dr. Stanley Ho’s Internet casino, is the only licensed operator not in breach of U.S. patent 5,800,268 or counterparts in foreign countries.
