Online Poker Room Offering Private Tournaments

Malta-licensed virtual poker room LittlewoodsPoker.com is offering players the chance to play in a private tournament of their own making thanks to new software from online casino turnkey provider WagerLogic. LittlewoodsPoker.com stated that its new facility lets players arrange buy-in amounts and betting limits for each hand before deciding to invite others to play. The software from WagerLogic, a subsidiary of Dublin-based turnkey provider CryptoLogic, also allows players to exclude those they would rather not play with or against. In addition, the details for every game played in a private room at LittlewoodsPoker.com will remain logged with the website so that players do not have to create new games every time they want to organise a competition with their friends. “We’ve had quite a few people asking us whether we can let them set up private games,” said Bruce Martin, Head of Operations for LittlewoodsPoker.com. “As poker continues to grow in popularity, there are more and more people wanting to set up poker nights with their workmates or close friends. However, it can be a logistical nightmare getting ten of your friends together in the same room for a poker session as they may be living in different places across the UK or even the rest of the world.”
