Boss Media sells Gold Club Casino
Boss Media has sold its Gold Club Casino, to an unnamed buyer. The news follows the sale of its online casino portal Casino.com in autumn last year, as part of Boss’s policy of concentrating on its core business of software development. The company had earlier decided to dispose of its business to consumer division. Boss will still provide gaming software and related services to the buyer, who has asked to remain anonymous.
'We have now completed what we set out to do during 2003, to sell our gaming operations in order to fully focus on our core business of developing software for the gaming industry. In addition, by selling Gold Club Casino, we have established a business relation with a gaming operator which has substantial future plans', said Peter Bertilsson, CEO of Boss Media.
