KiwiSkill, a new New Zealand online gambling site recently launched by Christchurch Casinos E-Gaming Investments Ltd (CCEgaming), sees players betting against one another in a selection of skill-based games.
Rather than operating traditional online casino games such as poker and bingo, KiwiSkill allows player to compete in a selection of close to 100 games of skill, such as Trivia, MahJong Solitaire and Dynamite.
The site also tries to obtain a feeling of community by offering features such as message boards and special tournaments. According to KiwiSkill, “these features are intended to increase communication between players and create a sense of community for the thousands of players that are part of this site.”
Regardless if they win or lose, players are also offered loyalty points for every game they play, where the points can be traded in for prizes.
