Sportingbet plc ‘best in class’ says Power 50 survey
London, July 27, 2005 – Sportingbet plc,(LSE:SBT) one of the largest publicly traded online betting, gambling and gaming businesses, is today celebrating its position as the number one company world wide in the industry, according to a comprehensive survey by the publication egaming review. This is the second year running that Sportingbet plc has received this prestigious distinction.
The Power 50 survey judges businesses on scale, reach, influence and diversity. “There is no region or sector where Sportingbet is not among the big players online and its innovative ground-breaking attitude gives it a position of importance in the egaming world not even PartyGaming can match in July 2005,” egaming review said, summing up its reasons for again awarding the gold prize to Sportingbet.
