Sportsbook.com pays out $540,656 to Illinois family man
Sportsbook.com awarded the largest jackpot in its history this month with a cheque for $540,656. Steve A., a retired family man from Illinois, won the jackpot with a $1 progressive wager on Free Ride, a 5-card Caribbean Poker game.
“When I saw the Queen of Clubs come up, I was in total disbelief,” says Steve. “I called my wife in to look at the screen and together we determined we were half a million dollars richer.”
The self-proclaimed “moderate” player joined Sportsbook.com two years ago and wagers primarily on the NFL and casino games.
