iGaming watchdog, InterCasino.com, has been empowered by InterCasino.com to arbitrate all issues which cannot be resolved between a customer and the casino. The primary condition for Casinomester.com’s involvement in any particular matter is that the customer has first attempted to seek a resolution via InterCasino.com's Support Centre and Casino Manager. If the complainant still feels that further action is necessary, the InterCasino Group will then refer the matter for arbitration and will abide by the ruling decision of the watchdog.
