Birthday Gifts From BetFair
Rather than asking players to shower them with gifts, Betfair is celebrating its 2nd birthday by giving users the chance to take money off of them. Players will get the chance to take on some of the online casino’s country managers, with those who eliminate them earning themselves a $500 bounty. Over the next few weeks, Betfair estimates they will give away almost $190,000 in birthday payouts, either through bounties or freeroll tournaments. Seeing as they are the fastest growing poker room on the CryptoLogic network, with 150% growth in registered players in the past year. Betfair say that the bounties will help managers and players interact. It’s a fair bet though that users will be more focused on cashing in rather than making new friends.
