Everest Poker Announces Summit Points Loyalty Program
Everest Poker (http://www.everestpoker.com) has launched its Summit Points player loyalty program. Geared towards rewarding frequent and longtime players, the new program is a way of allowing Everest Poker members to build up a bankroll of loyalty points which can be accumulated, redeemed and applied towards various types of poker play.
Earning Summit Points
For every hand at real money ring games, Everest Poker players earn 1 Summit Point for every $1 raked from the pot, including fractional points.
For real money tournaments, Everest Poker players earn 8 Summit Points for every $1of entry fee paid. Fractional points also apply to tournament fees, so players still earn Summit Points no matter how small the buy-in.
Using Summit Points
Playing for Points – Everest Poker players can take their Summit Points to ring games and tournaments where the currency is strictly Summit Points, giving them the chance to add to their Summit Points bankroll.
Playing for real money – Everest Poker players can use Summit Points instead of cash to enter real money tournaments, essentially giving them the ability to turn any cash tournament into a freeroll.
New Bonuses
In addition to Summit Points, Everest Poker also gives players the opportunity to add Bonus Dollars to their account and convert them to real money. For every Summit Point earned, $0.07 of available Bonus Dollars will be converted to cash.
Bonus Dollars are awarded to Everest Poker players through special promotions, which also include exclusive bonus codes (coupon codes) marketed via email and affiliate members. Every month a new bonus code is included in the Everest Poker Newsletter.
Other Enhancements
Along with the launch of the Summit Points program, Everest Poker has also added many new player-requested features:
• Bigger cards.
• Game history – players can review all their hands with one click right from the lobby.
• More efficient ring game search – green buttons on the table list allow players to hide full and empty tables.
• More efficient tournament search – the green button on the single-table tournaments list allows players to hide tournaments in play.
