Arizona Bay Improves NETeller Experience

Arizona Bay, the application design/implementation specialists, is the minds behind the recently improved usability of online e-wallet NETeller. Through the redesign of NETeller’s user interface and website design, Arizona Bay has markedly helped NETeller improve its customer experience.

'Arizona Bay’s specialized expertise has been instrumental in helping NETeller meet its technical challenges,' according to NETeller’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bruce Elliot. “Last week’s launch of our new website has already demonstrated a very large increase in conversions and overall customer satisfaction.”

David Graham of Arizona Bay explained the challenges of the NETeller project, “The complexity of the NETeller project was rooted in finding the balance between familiarity and redesign. NETeller is one of the Internet’s largest payment providers, and Arizona Bay had to be innovative to ensure that their existing users would continue to be able to ‘feel’ their way around the site, while new users would be able to quickly learn what the service offers and how to use it.”

Arizona Bay provides solutions for the Automotive, Financial and Security industries. Customers include NADAGuides.com, Autobytel and others. Arizona Bay’s wholly owned subsidiary IGSN (Interactive Gaming Security Network) provides managed security solutions to the iGaming industry, and its client list boasts major gaming brands such as World Sports Exchange and Absolute Poker.
