Online Casino in $1.3 Million Payout
Bodog.com has added another online casino winner to its roster of millionaires after a UK based player scooped $1.3 million from a $5 bet on the ‘Jacks or Better’ video poker game.
The player, who wishes to remain anonymous, wagered $5 and was paid $5 for his pair of queens on the ‘Jacks or Better’ video game, and from thereon took advantage of the option to double up, giving players a 50 percent chance of winning each time. After doubling up successfully a further sixteen times, the UK based player became the latest addition to Bodog.com’s millionaire’s club.
Commenting on his win, the player said, 'I thought about cashing out after breaking $40,000, but decided to continue. Then when I broke one million, I was tempted by the thought of doubling up on over one million dollars, but finally decided against it.'
