New Blog Sheds Light On US Online Casino Laws
A new blog is helping Americans navigate their way around the myriad of restrictions placed on Internet Gambling in the US, since the introduction of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), passed in late 2006, that prohibits American financial institutions from processing transactions for Internet gambling companies.
The blog at http://uscasinos.blogspot.com, was launched by Randy Parkes at the same time as the ban came into force and keeps players abreast of the latest developments in iGaming law.
With over 7000 hits since the launch of the blog, the site is set to become a one-stop shop for US online casino enthusiasts wanting to find out where and how they can take part in Internet gambling. For example the site provides regular updates on the latest eWallets that are still accepting US custom.
Parkes has also launched a sister site that helps US poker buffs find rooms to play at.
