Poker Million Winner Hits Second Online Casino Jackpot
After a £63,000 in the Betfair Casino, Rajesh Modha, a 44-year-old pharmacist from Northampton, thought his luck had already been spent.
But just two days later he scooped another £25,100 playing the online slot machine, Cash Inferno, that had secured him his first win.
“The odds of the same player winning these two jackpots are more than ten million to one,” said casino spokesman Oliver Bowen.
Modha, who is a keen sports bettor and poker player, was laying his bets on the Super Bowl when his first big win rolled in. “I was just sitting there watching the game. I never thought that I would win this much, I’m thrilled to bits,” said Modha.
“The second win was unbelievable. I’m just riding the crest of the wave at the moment,” he added.
Modha, who also won the Ladbrokes Poker Million V tournament back in December, has already ordered a new BMW with his winnings, which arrives next week.
