Online Casino Announces Merger
Following the announcement that it had closed down operations in Gibraltar earlier this week, UK based online operator Bowmans has now advised its customers about a new partnership with gaming firm Bet365.
The news follows the re-launch of Bowmans.com as a new sportsbook, poker room, casino and games room, and sees both companies pooling together their resources following the impact of the UIGEA.
Bowmans has felt the full force of its enforced withdrawal from the US market, culminating in this week’s announcement concerning operations in Gibraltar and also the downsizing of its call centre headquarters in Mauritius.
However the company is now looking to the future and the partnership with one of the UK’s most prominent betting and gaming firms is seen as a step in the right direction.
Existing Bowmans customers will retain their passwords, 4 digit security codes and user names in the transition and have also been offered incentive bonuses to support the new site. These include up to $500 bonuses for poker players who will also receive access to new tournaments worth over $3.5 million a month.
Casino players will be offered match play bonuses of up to €100 across the 80 download games and 65 Flash offerings on the new platform.
