Online Poker Room’s UK Tour Powers to a Close
Dublin based online poker company Paddypowerpoker.com finishes its popular UK poker tour tomorrow, as the bandwagon rolls in to London’s Sportsman Casino for the final leg of what has been a highly successful tour.
The poker tour, which has seen a sell out for every event so far, has already visited the card clubs and casinos of Edinburgh, Newcastle, Birmingham, Brighton and Banbridge, and players for the final tournament in London have been advised to pre-register to ensure a seat.
Paddypowerpoker.com has also announced that it will be adding £1,000 to each prize pool for the event which starts at 8pm (GMT) on Friday December 1 at The Sportsman Casino, Old Quebec Street, London.
The final tournament, which has a capacity of 80 players, is expected to host a number of online qualifiers from the paddypowerpoker.com satellites, with players reaching the final table at each event being invited to play in a further online event at paddypowerpoker.com for the chance to win a seat at the 2007 Irish Open worth around €3,500.
