Kiwi to Giveaway Aussie Millions
New Zealand based online poker room Kiwi Poker is giving players the chance to win an expenses paid trip to Melbourne, Australia to take part in the 2007 Aussie Millions poker tournament.
The televised tournament which takes place at the Crown Casino, Melbourne between January 16 and 19, is expected to attract some of the world’s best poker players who will be playing for a prize pool of an estimated AUD$5 million.
Prize packages are worth around $12,000 and include a seat at the Aussie Millions No Limit Hold’em finals, accommodation at the Crown Casino in Melbourne plus travel expenses. There are currently 2000 places available for the super satellite qualification tables with a potential 50 Aussie Millions prize packages on offer.
Qualification for the super satellite on December 23 has already begun through daily multi table qualifiers and Sit ‘n’ Go tournaments, with the additional option of a buy-in for $300 plus $20.
Kiwi Poker is also offering its online players packages to the European Poker Tour’s 2007 Scandinavian Open at the Casino Copenhagen, Denmark, and the World Poker Tour’s World Poker Open at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, Mississippi plus the LA Poker Classic and Bay 101 in California.
