Online Casino Tournament Deals Professional Hand
Pacific Poker, a high-profile poker site from online casino group 888, and PokerNews.com, are set to begin the third series of their PokerProForAYear tournament.
The latest round of tournaments form part of a 48-week league that will end with one poker player living out their ultimate dream – an all-inclusive sponsorship deal to four of the poker world’s greatest tournaments in 2008.
The upcoming global freeroll for Series 3 is a package to the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas worth a staggering $12,000.
Each series offers a variety of restrictive tournaments: weekly $10+$1 – all of which are $500 guaranteed, league $500 freerolls and a global freeroll, where the winner can secure a seat at an offline international event. A huge number of registered players worldwide took in Series 1, and shared over $10,500 in prizes.
Matt Robinson, Responsible for Marketing at 888.com, said: ‘We’re sending players to some of the world’s most outstanding poker events and giving players a chance to be sponsored by two poker giants. Our Poker Pro will be seen around the world in the grand finale via webcast, courtesy of PokerNews.’
