PixelPlay, a leading provider of interactive entertainment services and technological services for up-and-coming platforms including iTV/ IPTV (interactive tv) and broadband Internet, has announced that it will be rolling out one of many games developed by Slingo Inc, a gaming company that hosts online games such as casino slot machines and casino table games, as part of an exclusive, international iTV partnership.
Slingo Classic and 5-Card Slingo will be the first offerings on PixelPlay's DishGAMES subscription service on DISH Network(TM), a provider of Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) television products, in the United States and will gradually be extended to include other iTV platforms in North America later in the year.
Slingo, a game that combines Bingo and Slots, has proved so popular with online gaming enthusiasts that it has been dubbed 'one of America's most played online games' with over 3 billion games played.
