UK Gambling Rises 566% in two years says Online Casino



Casino-On-Net has released the results of a new survey which claims that online gambling has risen 566% since 2003, a boom which reflects the continued rise in female gamers. The poll found that, while women represented only four percent of gamblers in the early 1990s, now 20 percent of British women visit an online gambling website more than once yearly.

The survey was published in The Business confirms the findings by recent YouGov polls which concluded that between 30-40% on UK online gamblers were women. YouGov also found that 80% of all European internet gamblers were British.
