Jean-Christophe Novelli has opened a new mecca in the city of Edinburgh called the Circus Casino, the Scotsman reports. The celebrity chef's £7 million investment, which is located in Fountain Park, features a bar and a theatre-style restaurant called '110', where guests can watch the amateur dramatics in the kitchen as chefs prepare their meals. But theatrics aside, housed in the 27,000 square feet of floor space is the most up-to-date electronic gaming machines, with roulette and the usual slots on offer. Meanwhile the high rollers can gamble their chips in the high stakes section on roulette, blackjack and poker. Stanley Casinos regional director Sotos Scholarios told the Scotsman: "It's our vision to put Circus Casino Fountain Park on the 'must see' map in Edinburgh - making it a top leisure destination that appeals to people of all ages looking for a lively night out. The casino employs about 100 people."
