Mobile Gaming Solutions (MGS), an interactive gaming company providing betting and casino games played via mobile hand sets, has announced the imminent acquisition of online gambling company Bowman Holdings.
The companies signed a contract on August 10th however the deal is still subject to approval from MGS shareholders.
The partnership will see MGS gaining access to Bowman Holding’s Ltd international gamming presence in markets such as Europe, South African and Asia to leading online poker, casino and bookmaking clients. The company also has offices in the Isle of Man, Mauritius and Curacao.
