English online gambling software provider WagerWorks has announced a strategic alliance with Sweden's 24hPoker Holding AB to collectively market their product offerings.

This agreement follows the signing of a Letter Of Intent in February to cooperate and will see WagerWorks integrate its casino games through its new WagerWorks remote game server system to the 24hPoker turnkey solution, to give 24hPoker’s partners access to WagerWorks games.

For its part, online casino and sportsbook 24hPoker will integrate to WagerWorks’ WagerWare casino platform to provide WagerWorks customers access to a fully integrated poker solution.

“This is an extremely exciting collaboration for WagerWorks and demonstrates that, by using the WagerWorks rgs system, other operators can integrate our games onto existing platforms,” said Paul Mathews, President of WagerWorks.

WagerWorks said that it selected 24hPoker as its ‘best of breed’ poker partner, which will now enable it to concentrate on its core competency of developing premium branded games and allow its customers to play on 24hPoker’s network. 24hPoker will also add WagerWorks’ casino to its product portfolio in order to make its offer stronger.

“This cooperation enables WagerWorks to offer its partners poker on 24hNetwork, instead of operating its own network,” said Peter Astrom, Chief Executive Officer for 24hPoker.

“WagerWorks also offers a cutting-edge casino software solution that differentiates much from the casino software we have today as it offers games based on well-known brands like Monopoly, Wheel of Fortune and Cluedo. This agreement is a part of our strategy to strengthen our international presence and to broaden our offer.”
