Online casino 12Buzz.com has announced the launch of four new casino and poker sites specifically aimed at Asia's booming Internet gaming market.
The new sites, Buzz-casino.com, Buzz-poker.com, Vegas-buzz.com and Bet.cn.com, all utilise Playtech software and feature over 100 games. Additionally, the company said that there are plans to make the games available on its i-active television along with a selection being provided for mobile telephone gamblers.
Sutida Suwunnavid, spokesman for Buzz.com, estimated the total potential audience in Asia at over 500 million with 100 million in China alone. He stated that the new sites are for gambling and non-gambling community players with the games all offered in free-to-play modes for PCs, mobile telephones and television.
Suwunnavid also stated that Buzz.com has been developing a multimedia sportsbook for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing that should be ready for testing within the next 90 days.
