Millionaires Club Pays Out $2,246,029 Jackpot
Just before Christmas, a 55-year-old British electrician wagered just £3 and won more than £1.1 ($2,246,029) playing Cryptologic's Millionaire's Club progressive slot jackpot at WilliamHillCasino.com. The unprecedented win set a new record for online progressive jackpots.
Millionaires Club pays out in one wad and is offered in two versions. In the three-reel version, players win the jackpot by first hitting the Millionaires symbol, which activates the centre wheel. There are then three sets of spinning wheels and the player must keep hitting the inward bound arrows to reach the jackpot in the innermost wheel.
In the five-reel version of the game, players have to hit three or more of the Millionaires symbols before entering a bonus round where additional prizes can be won. However, if true good fortune strikes, players can keep hitting the right arrows to get to the centre wheel and its progressive jackpot prize.
