Investment banking company plan to launch iGaming site

Mellon Research Inc, has announced and detailed today, plans for future progress that lie in diversification, and include the development of an online gambling facility. The company whose main line of industry is as an investment banking service to private companies, released a comprehensive list of their future plans. Few details were released of the casino plans, except for the fact they are intending to gain a casino license, and form a contract with an independent party to develop on offshore gambling site.

Included in the statement released was the plan to also form alliances in order to help the marketing and launch of what is simply known as an online casino and sportsbook venture at this stage. The launch for the new site is to be within the next couple of months, once arrangements between the technology supplier and Mellon Research have been finalised.

While other plans include the already launched website, wallstsecurities.com, an offering more in line with the company’s usual line of business, this plan for an online gambling venture is of particular interest as it signals a totally new direction for the firm. The site will be developed under the brand of the company’s Club XTReme branch. The CEO of Mellon Research, Mario Pino explained the goals so far in the following statement: 'We are also starting to define all of our strategic marketing goals for our Club XTReme which include: brand identification and development, establishing our casino license and negotiating contractual issues with our vendor of choice for our offshore gaming subsidiary, web site development, identification of strategic partners (technology and marketing) and comprehensive marketing launch activities to drive consumer awareness of our online casino and sports book operation. We anticipate helping our subsidiary launch our online casino within the next 30-60 days after we complete the negotiations with vendors who will supply our gaming technology.'
