Novice Player Hits Big at Online Casino
Online casino BodogLife.com announced that its final Sunday $100,000 Guaranteed online poker tournament of the year saw 756 players battling it out for the $25,000 first-place prize with a newcomer taking home the first-place prize.
Novice player ‘Bigmonte87’ took home the coveted award after beating several players who had sat at final tables in the past. Finalists ‘JoeMcGuire’ and ‘Catfish4U’ had both made at least one final table in this event with ‘Grave Danger’ just barely missing out with a top 15 finish earlier in the year. ‘JoeMcGuire’ eventually finished in fourth place and took home $6,900 while ‘Catfish4U’ won $3,500 after finishing in seventh spot followed by ‘GraveDanger’, who won $2,500.
BodogLife.com stated that this was only the third tournament cash for ‘Bigmonte87’, who finished in front of ‘Karjalanpaisti’, who took home $14,300, and ‘jakey22’, who received $9,200.
