Esfandiari to Play at Four Winds Casino
One of the most recognisable faces in poker will be playing a $300 tournament this weekend in Michigan, USA, providing a rare opportunity for poker players to take on one of the games best players.
Antonio Esfandiari first broke onto the poker scene when he won the 2004 WPT event at Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, beating a final table which included Phil Hellmuth and Vinny Vinh. He soon went on to win a WSOP bracelet, in Pot Limit Hold’em, a couple of months after.
To play against the Magician normally would entail a $10,000 + buy in, but with the tournament held at the Four Winds Casino Resort, the $300 will give many a chance to lock horns with one of the modern day favourites.
