Lottomatica Affiliate Signs Taiwan Deal
Milan-based Lottomatica has announced that its Taiwan Sports Lottery Company affiliate has signed a contract to provide betting services to Taipei Fubon Bank.
Taipei Fubon Bank won the rights to operate a sports lottery in Taiwan under a licence running from April of this year until December of 2013 and the Asian gaming firm, which is a quarter owned by Lottomatica subsidiary Gtech Corporation, stated that the deal is expected to generate about $33 million in cumulated revenues over this period.
