Gaming Advertising event to hit Vegas in October
Ticonderoga Ventures has announced that the Gaming Marketing Conference and the Casino Affiliate Convention will be held on October 3-4, 2004 in Las Vegas at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino and will have the largest attendance in its history. Speakers will include Bruce Gilliat (CEO of Alexa) who will discuss Alexa's rating system for use with evaluating online gaming sites and Barrett Lyon (Chief Technology Officer at Prolexic Technologies) who will discuss ways to avoid Denial of Service (DOS) attacks.
Oscar Nieboer (Managing Director at VirginGames.com) will be present to talk about the success of VirginGames.com and changes the company plans to make in the future.
Michael Corfman (CEO of Casino City/Casino Promote) and David Carruthers (CEO of BetOnSports.com) will provide insights into their respective challenges to the authorities and championing of free speech.
