Research and Markets announce their latest manual

Research and Markets have announced their latest offering designed for the use of the online casino and gambling industry. Entitled The 2005 Casino & Gaming Market Research Handbook, a new manual is available to interested parties, providing an in depth look at the industry as a whole. The manual has been updated, taking into account the changes and developments in a rapidly growing industry, and is a comprehensive view of the markets which affect the online gambling industry.

The topics covered include economic concerns, markets covering the globe, lotteries, riverboats, land based casinos and the new trend of states to look at expanding gaming in order to generate revenue. There is a chapter dedicated to looking at gaming interests on a global scale, one assessing the relevant markets and another looking at legal issues.

Included in the manual also, is a section dedicated to identifying and profiling leading industry figures and companies. A lot of detail is present crossing US interests and states, focusing in on the issues and relevant topics for states within the US. Coverage is also given to specific issues for other global areas in terms of their gambling markets. The manual also contains chapters looking at research finings from the point of view of specific casino games, and others such as bingo. Sports betting is covered, as is pari-mutuel betting and gaming in charity. Human resources topics and security and surveillance issues are also covered.
