Isle of Man-based turnkey provider Microgaming was awarded with the Best Software prize over the weekend at the first annual Casino Affiliate Program (CAP) Awards in London.
The citation, presented at a gala dinner held at Chelsea Football Club’s Stamford Bridge ground, recognised the company's continued dedication to providing market-leading technologies and games that continue to drive higher lifetime customer values.
Nominations and voting spanned three months and was open to the online gambling affiliate community through CAP Magazine, mail-in forms and over the Internet. Awards were also presented to the Best Poker, Casino, Sportsbetting and Skill Gaming Affiliates and Affiliate Programs as well as the Best Payment System and Best Overall Affiliate and Best Overall Affiliate Program.
“We are delighted to win this award, especially since we know that this has come directly from the affiliate community at large,” said Roger Raatgever, Chief Executive Officer for Microgaming.
“As one of the pioneers of this industry, we feel we have a responsibility to drive it forward both in terms of games and technology development. To receive recognition for our work directly from the affiliate community is a strong validation of our continued hard work. We would like to thank all those that voted for us.”
