Abuse Claims For Online Casino
Only weeks after launching, online casino LuckyAceCasino.com is again in the news for the large amounts of bonus abuse disqualification complaints it is still receiving according to widespread message board postings.
LuckyAceCasino.com is the product of a white-label deal between Gibraltar-based 888.com and Kamay Holdings and, while being owned by Kamay, is operated by staff at 888.com.
First reported here two weeks ago, players are still alleging that, following a deposit and play that is compliant with the site’s terms and conditions, they are being informed by casino security staff when they attempt to cash out that their game has been classified as bonus abuse without giving an explanation. Players claim that staff then arbitrarily chops their winnings and bonuses before returning their winnings and locking their account.
Within days of launching, LuckyAceCasino.com began receiving an alarmingly large and diverse number of bonus abuse disqualification complaints with many players alleging that their bad experience occurred during their one and only visit to the new operation.
In addition, numerous message board complaints allege that LuckyAceCasino.com is displaying the eCOGRA seal dishonestly and without undergoing the requisite inspection, probity checks and monitoring demanded by the non-profit player protection organisation along with spamming affiliates to market the new site.
