Online Company’s Major Land Deal
Online and land-based gaming company Asian Logic Ltd has announced a deal with Elixir Gaming Technologies Incorporated that will result in Asia-wide co-operation on marketing and distribution efforts along with games content and software.
The deal will also see the two co-operate on server-based gaming experiences and follows London-listed Asian Logic’s deal announced last week to launch two new Asia-facing poker sites with Fortune Bid Holdings BVI.
'We are pleased to partner with AsianLogic, giving us access to additional games, gaming software, server-based gaming experiences and some unique offerings that we believe will enhance net win at our existing and future outlets as well as further strengthen our leading strategic position in Asia,” said Gordon Yuen, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Elixir.
'We recognise that AsianLogic, in conjunction with its software providers such as Playtech and Videobet, understands the importance of cross-marketing, database mining and gaming across multiple platforms such as land-based, online and mobile. We are confident that through combining the two strengths of the organisations we will continue to offer the leading and optimal revenue generating products to gaming venue operators across the Asia-Pacific region.'
Hong Kong-based AsianLogic is a close associate of the Playtech gambling software development group and operates online casinos and peer-to-peer game platforms across the Asia-Pacific Region and distributes games content, software and systems.
'While we fully understand the gaming software and games content industries and represent some of the leading products in Asia, we were struggling somewhat on the physical machine development and ongoing support,” said Tom Hall, Vice-Chairman for AsianLogic.
“By entering into this co-operation agreement with Elixir Gaming, we can delegate this critical side of the business to the Elixir Group and focus on rolling out games and gaming concepts utilising both of our distribution channels.'
