Sportsbook.com Offers McGwire Hall of Fame odds
During the late 90's Mark McGwire was one of the stars of baseball – selling out stadiums everywhere – but his nomination to be inaugurated into the hall of fame has caused a mass of controversy.
McGwire had a reputation for blasting the ball out of the arena wherever the St. Louis Cardinals played but his status was tarnished when he was asked about steroid use on Capitol Hill.

Another first time nominee joining McGwire on the Hall of Fame ballot is his former 'Bash Brother' with the Oakland Athletics, and an admitted steroid user and AL Rookie of the Year Jose Conseco.
Cal Ripken Jr. played his entire career for the Baltimore Orioles from 1981 to 2001 at shortstop and third base. A 19-time MLB All-Star, the Ironman is considered one of the best shortstops to ever play the game and is considered a shoo-in to enter the Hall of Fame in 2007.
