Easter Online Casino Slow-Down
According to news portal OnlineCasinoSphere.com, the Easter holidays gave many online casinos the chance to take a break from the normally heavy web traffic.
The Calgary-based site stated that each year online casinos typically see an 80 percent drop in attendance over Easter when compared with a typical Sunday during the rest of the year.
'Easter Day is actually worse for online casinos than Christmas, very few Christians will play online casino games on this day,' said Rick Pearson, Customer Service Manager for a leading Gibraltar-based online casino.
'We usually send most of our customer service representatives home on Easter, the office becomes like a ghost-town. Easter is a day for us to relax. The hussle and bussle of spring break poker action and daily tournaments becomes exhausting.'
